Contemporary Austrian artist, Peter Kolger, entered the art scene in the early 1980s experimenting with painting, performance, and experimental film. It was in 1984 that Kolger began working with computer technology where he created mind-bending spaces. He has now warped, curved, and curled designs across 2D surfaces using carefully calculated black lines against white backgrounds from floor to ceilings and off of walls, giving it an entirely unique 3D distinctiveness.A bland white wall is projected upon to give the illusion that the surface is undulating towards and away from the individuals in its space.
