Watch as talented Turkish artist Garip Ay recreates Vincent Van Gogh’s The Starry Night using an ancient technique known as Ebru, a traditional Turkish painting art. Ebru Art on Dark Water is animated and uses water, paint droplets from a brush, and carrageenan, a substance which thickens the liquid to recreate the 20th century masterpiece.
